Methodology
Several days of interviews (list of selected persons to be jointly
determined with our counterparts).
One day of data collection (reporting, performance indicators,
management accounting, ...).
Several days of calculations, synthesis and analysis.
Two days of presentation. The first day only for the Executive
Committee in order to review in detail the work done and the findings
of the audit as well as for validation the next steps to be undertaken
in order to complete the strategy for Value Creation.
The second day will allow to present the audit to a larger group
of managers and to start the implementation phase.
Coordination with and involvement of the company's
managers
In this audit phase, involvement of the managers will be low.
