MESOP
The working methodology MESOP (Mission, Evaluation,
Strategy, Operations, Participation) is used as a guide line
during the implementation of Value-Based Management.
It is at the same time a methodology and a working plan which
can be explained as follows :
M. expresses the
awareness of top executives that Value Based Management is important
for the whole company.
E. means the calculated
evaluation of economic performance of the company in the past
and in its planned future.
S. examines the strategic
orientation in terms of the performance that they can bring
and of the Value they can create.
O. splits all operations
and submits them to the same Value Creation criteria whatever
their level.
P. translates into
compensation the improvements in economic performance for all
the company's managers and employees, constituting thus a true
motivation.
Have a look at the Guide
for Value Creation for a better understanding of this process.
